Big News: Main Street McMinnville Advances to Public Voting for $120K Grant to Bring Free Outdoor Concerts to The Lot!
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news—Main Street McMinnville is one step closer to bringing a free outdoor music series to Downtown McMinnville starting in 2026!
We've officially advanced to the public voting phase of the Levitt AMP Music Series Grant, a competitive, multi-year grant program that could bring up to $120,000 to our community over the next three years. With your help, McMinnville could host a summer concert series at The Lot, featuring professional musicians from a variety of genres—and all for free!
Why This Matters
This is more than just music. The Levitt AMP Music Series is all about using live music to transform underused public spaces into vibrant, inclusive gathering places. Through a unique partnership between the Levitt Foundation, the Tennessee Entertainment Commission, the Department of Economic & Community Development, and the Department of Tourist Development, Tennessee communities like ours are getting the chance to compete for a spot in this incredible program.
If selected, Main Street McMinnville will produce a 10-concert series each year from 2026–2028, activating The Lot in Downtown McMinnville as a community hub filled with energy, connection, and culture.
